- Tissue transglutaminase (tTGA)
- Anti-endomysium IgG and IgA antibodies
- Anti-gliadin IgG and IgA antibodies

Tissue transglutaminase (tTGA)
Tissue transglutaminase is the recommended screening test for people in whom celiac disease must be ruled out.
Anti-endomysium IgG and IgA antibodies
This test is performed to confirm the diagnosis of gluten enteropathy (in children - celiac disease, in adults - non-tropical Sprue). In addition, the evaluation of these antibodies is suitable for the control of the course of the disease, the supervision of a gluten-free diet and the gluten load test.
Anti-gliadin IgG and IgA antibodies
This test is performed to confirm the diagnosis of gluten enteropathy (in children - celiac disease, in adults - non-tropical Sprue). In addition, the evaluation of these antibodies is suitable for the control of the course of the disease, the supervision of a gluten-free diet and the gluten load test.
